thought one character has the most drawn out death scene in video game history
no one is around to hear her final words yet she wont shut up
i played it like 10 years ago and im pretty sure her death scene is still going on

I liked it a lot. The story isn't all that good and some of the characters are annoying, but the gameplay is where it's at. I liked the interesting real time turn based fusion of battles.

Worth a single play, and not much else. Wouldn't pay over $10 for it at this point either.

I remember it being okay except pretty much every playable character is annoying as hell and the story doesn't make much sense and the final portion of the game kind of just rushes to an abrupt and unsatisfying conclusion

As someone who doesn't typically enjoy JRPGs, I enjoyed it. The combat was great, and just when you start to get the hang of it, it adds some new mechanic that makes it both more difficult while also being letting you do more damage.

Story sucked though.

It's... ok. I found it got a little dull after awhile because each area only has a handful of encounter types so battles can start playing out the same before long and each character only has a handful of abilities to use. Honestly, if I hadn't been playing it with my brother I probably wouldn't have finished it.

Ya similar to what others have already said I remember liking it even with its flaws but I dont think Id go through it again.

It's alright. Nothing truly remarkable, but I liked the whole musical theme of the game. It plays like Tales but with an interesting twist, which is good. If you can get it for super cheap then it is a fine time.
