Is that what you want to say? If not then explain yourself, thanks. For the record I just googled this and found that this is the scene the new director said was "basically rape". I don't know anything about the nurse character or their relationship or any other context outside of that scene.

What a director for a new movie calls something rape is completely irreverent to an old movie. Many people don't see it as rape.

Obviously there's no rape depicted in that scene, but that kiss was quite clearly not consensual, and at the end of the scene it is implied that he's going to blackmail her into fucking him or else lose her job. Unless there's some context missing in that scene this seems to be a clear case of Bond forcing himself on a woman in one of the older movies.
