as others have said, supply and demand. People don't watch the WNBA. When it gets as many views as the NBA does, then they will make NBA player money.

It sucks but I just don't get why she didn't leave as soon as she knew there were tensions and a war was brewing. Like have some common sense. It had been on the news for months until it finally boiled over. Like I get that she's working there but still, for your own safety THIS is why you should research the political climate of any foreign country you go to. I'm not saying we shouldn't help her because its her fault, but I wouldn't give up some massive war criminal for a civilian.

For months prior everyone knew things were headed that way. I just found an article on CNN from January where Biden said that an attack is imminent.

She's a ball player and was prolly not in the know of all that stuff but yeah someone should have told her like her agent.
