I would (hopefully not navely, but you never know...) assume that they wanted to clean up the image they had as a pretty shitty workplace rather than the image of making violent games, and the headline there is just awkwardly phrased.

But you never know.

Oh, is it a Blizzard thing with Rockstar too? I wasnt aware. If thats the case, adding a woman for the sake of cleaning up an image seems a little cynical.
