The prices of bachelors here have gone up so much that they're several hundred more than what I'm paying for a 1 bedroom... And they're all complete shit quality.

I just want a tiny, minimalist living space that I don't lose 90% of my income to

I don't need a lot of space to be comfy but those "tiny apartments" are way too fucking small.

I guarantee you'd hate living in one of those. The only reason you think it's appealing is because it's Japan and you're a weeb.

I rented a business flat for a month when I had to go to Shinjuku for training. It was literally just a bed and a bath split by a wall, with enough space to walk between the two. I doubt the entire thing was even 10x10
