Applied for a new managerial position at an engineering firm last week, and HR called me today, a Saturday, at 6pm to schedule an interview tomorrow, Sunday, at 10am.

The convo basically went:
Them: We would like to interview you as soon as possible. Would now work?
Me: No. Let's target Monday morning.
Them: How about tomorrow?
Me: What is the rush?
Them: The hiring manager is going on vacation overseas next week, and we'd like to get through the first round of interviews with you before she leaves.
Me: Okay, let's do tomorrow then.

........seriously come on.
