That (by definition) a transaction involves both parties agreeing to the transaction. You slamming money down and walking out doesn't change the fact that the clerk didn't agree to sell you the condoms.

Nope. All of those are permissive in general with condoms (opinions can still vary widely from congregation to congregation and individual to individual).

Other forms of contraception maybe not so much, especially not Plan B which can prevent a fertilized embryo from implanting in the uterus if ovulation and fertilization was not prevented from occurring.

Only because astroturfing convinced dumbasses that plan B causes miscarriages instead of preventing pregnancy in the first place.
