Indeed. My wife always tells me to drink water when I have a headache, which annoys me because I know it won't do anything right away. But I must admit that when I am more proactive about drinking water I get fewer dehydration headaches (which seem to have been most of those that I used to get). I don't get headaches too often but when I do it's generally sinus/allergy related and there's not much I can do to prevent that ... Copied to Clipboard!
