Here in America getting raises that are actual negations are becoming more rare. We are lucky to get a paltry cost of living raise of 3%. And thats only with good jobs. It barely covers inflation. When I worked in food service a decade ago I would get a 25 cent raise randomly. It felt worse than just staying at what I made. I am excluding high base pay jobs and executive suite positions as they are not subject to this and usually have other bonuses involved, IE stock given or good options. --- http://imgur.com/QKdxwuI ...
