No. Its just another example of us regular people having to foot the bill for all of the damage these rich assholes do with their giant yachts and private jets.

Do you think Nestle is taking any kind of noteworthy initiative to lower the damage all their company does?

No. So while Bezos is cruising about in his 400 foot yacht that probably requires hundred of thousand of dollars to gas upyou and me are expected to make sacrifices for the planet.

Tbh I'd like to see more houses with charcoal stoves. I went to a Korean BBQ place once that had a charcoal grill in the table instead of gas or electric and it was fucking great.

Electric is consistent and controllable.

This, however, is rubbish

I prefer gas just at because it still works in a snow storm/if power goes out.

The gas stove purists are wild to me. I've had electric - coils first, now flat top for the last two years. I'm no expert chef but it's always been consistent.

This is valid though

Unless I'm mistaken, when you lower or raise the temp on an electric stove it takes awhile for the effect to happen. It's really easy to overcook food on an electric stove. Maybe things have changed since I used an electric stove though.

While it does take a while to cool down it does heat up almost immediately. If you need to lower temp mid way through cooking you need plan for it & pay attention.
