In most cases a police officer won't do anything about the sexual harassment because it isn't illegal to tell someone they have a big ass. It is however illegal to forcibly put your hands on someone

Seems like the difference is how they were being harassed. Those SCOTUS justices were heckled so that made Duncan mad, but AOC was sexually harassed and that made Duncan glad.
