He's been nothing but concedingly accommodating to them. He refuses to even do anything because he doesn't want to make them upset.

But they still hate his guts and blame him for everything. There's no pleasing them unless you have an R in your name so why not give up and just write up some progressive executive orders or whatever?

It's almost sad to see a man so hated by a party he has so much in common with.
