Why a turnip? Do you cook a lot?

The short answer is yes, as thats typically how they add a highlight to create dimension, or give the appearance of the tattoo being a different material like metal or making things look wet (think xenomorph skin). However, Ive never had a tattoo altered after its already healed, and when theyre highlighting a tattoo theyve often left a skin break to create maximum contrast. If you plan to have a large area of pure white, Id base that on whether or not you get a lot of sun exposure, because white ink will yellow over time, and sunlight accelerates that.

That's a sour spot with me, I was never awake for turnip day. I think I sold them one time ever and played the game for 4-5 months when it came out.

This is a fairly old tattoo. One plus side is that I got it when I was ever vigilant not to get anything that would show when Im at work in short sleeves.

Ill probably leave it as-is because its a reminder of a particular time in my life.

Maybe Ill just get another in the same place on the other arm, just make it a turnip.

Haha my opinion is of course that more tattoos is better than less tattoos.

You know my first tattoo was done in my parents kitchen with a tattoo machine bought off Amazon and done by a guy that Im not even sure how my parents knew. That was about 13 years ago, and I think the tattoo is really fucking bad, but as many times as Ive thought about having a professional artist do something to either fix it or cover it up, I just cant really bring myself to because it was my first and its almost more fun that its so bad.

Plus I think of this Kitty line all the time, Never got a tattoo that I didnt regret, but I aint gotta look at em so fuck it I guess
