Man this is true when you think about. Having everything handed to you on a silver platter will make you into a really weak person unable to cope with hardship, hard situations and makes you unable to appreciate the things you have. You don't develop strength without struggle.

Without struggles you cannot become truly strong.

This is why Dark Souls needs an easy mode

I agree except in instances when the hardship is caused by injustice, which is often insurmountable regardless of the individuals resilience and dedication.

That's just something that people who have money like to tell people who don't.
