She is a minor character but she's presented as a really good friend of the main character iirc.

Should happen in Book of Boba Fett season 2. They'll all be gathered around talking boring politics. Then suddenly a speeder bike just crashes into his base. They rush over and find a message from Mando. Fennec says "I think I know her, this is Cara Dune!"

Then it's never brought up again. The message got delivered and no one bats an eye after wards.
