most FF minigames in the PS1 era were trash. I did like the card game in 9 tho.

To get the Platinum trophy I think you have to do 1000 jump ropes in a row. @_@

The card game is fun but I never understood it. I just chose whichever had the most arrows.

Which is literally impossible on the PS4 version.

the arrows were the direction of attack/defense. it was important to have strong arrow combinations, i.e. ones that can park in corners, ones that can target certain directions, or ones that can defend from any direction.

I understand that part but the attack / defense numbers always seemed random.

The most I can do is 10. On the PS1 version I can do a lot more.

I didn't do it all in one attempt which is the biggest thing. Just made a save there and kept going back to it occasionally. Don't really know how long it was altogether but the time I nailed it was maybe an hour of attempts.

Things that helped - knowing when the speed of the jumps changes as it changes multiple times before leveling out at I think 300, and also closing my eyes and just listening for the sound effects.

I learned about AHK just to get it over with. I still ran out of patience figuring out the tempo changes, but at least I learned something.
