surely it is not

maybe you aren't one or the other. you can be fluid and feel different at different times.

obviously not every trans person is the same, but there is a subset of trans, fluid, genderqueer ppl that could be either gender. or enjoy flipping between rolls. if you feel like this might be you, maybe traditional transitioning isn't the right call.

instead of worrying about figuring out what your gender is, just take it one step at a time. what do you want?

Have you tried seeing a therapist who specializes in gender identity?

I read something about someone who just wanted to be, like, 70% woman. Held the transition there. I had an odd respect for that. Like, here's a person who knows what they want.

Therapy is super helpful, as long as you find a decent therapist.

In my experience, cis people really dont doubt their gender to the extent of considering medical transition. In any case, only you can know what is right for you. Youre the person who knows the most about yourself.
