It's unlikely I think that the court decides in favor of Independent State Legislature Doctrine. It might come down at 6-3 against honestly based on how they decided to hear the case and the way previous election law cases have been ruled on. That being said, I absolutely do not trust them one bit, and you should absolutely be prepared for the end of American democracy and make your plans based on their ruling on this case. --- Furthermore, The GOP is a Fascist Organization and must be destroyed ... I don't know how they pull this plan off without their guy already being in the White House. That's the big piece they're missing in this scenario. Biden has zero reason to leave office under these conditions.
