The crippling gas gives you super long (10+ seconds), frequent (at least once a minute most hours) farts that do not smell but will interrupt whatever it is you're doing causing you to have to stop. The internal gut pain/pressure is minimal.

The noxious burps causes you to have long (5+ second), loud (would attract stares in public) horrible smelling burps at least once every 5 minutes. No small burps here, every one explodes out of your mouth as if you were never raised with manners.

Horrifying acne. You suffer from a face full of angry, red pimples that are so vicious that they pop on their own. They pop and then within a day or two, grow back in the same spots You also get a weekly spurt of body acne localized to one section of your chest or back. People find it physically painful to look at you. Not out of disgust, but out of sympathy.
