No. You should ignore such people. It does something rare for modern media in that is does, in fact, answer every single question and plot thread left from the base game. You finish that game understanding everyones base alignment, more mythos and stuff concerning the MC and Aegis. The Answer did what it set out to do, feed every single answer (huehue) to the player and leaving nothing at all to the imagination. Whether that's good or bad is dependent on you as a person. I don't think it helped it for me. I like stories that keep some mystery. It was ok, but Persona 3 base is one of my all time favorite game stories.
