I sent him a key, he told me it didn't work and asked for another key when I had a 1 key - per person rule. I checked his steam account because there been some fishy / suspicious alt activity going on in the topic to claim keys, and not only did the key I originally send actually work, he'd also filled up his library with other keys of mine that I'd given out to what were clearly alts of his. I'd been keeping an eye on Aki for a little while but didn't wanna say anything and come off rude / horrible. Once I'd caught him out in DM, he apologised a bunch, then deleted me from Steam as that's how I caught him out and then closed his GF account. Only thing I said to him is that I don't like being lied to so I wouldn't send him keys anymore. Right now, you wanna save keys ideally for people who haven't had anything or much yet. It'd be like somebody here that you know, making alt accounts or using them to get around your rule to claim stuff from you.
