There is no purple I can see on the stems, but this can't be more than 3 or 4 months old so I don't know if the coloration comes later.

Hard to tell by those pictures, but I'd assume so since wild carrot doesn't usually grow that large without flowering out.

this is in my backyard. I leave like a 15'x15' of it high grass because my dog prefers pooping in tall grass. I normally don't pay attention to the space but was cleaning out the poop today when I saw those plants.
