I dont understand how any American can keep their head in the sand about some of the facts that have come out. As a citizens you should care about what happened and what has been revealed and you should be ashamed that there are still people making excuses.

Trumps own guys, who he hired and claimed were all great people, have almost all provided some account of a power hungry lunatic doing anything he could to overturn the election and destroy our republican democracy.

Absolutely no one of importance will face any consequences so it's really hard to care given that there are issues actually affecting average people's lives right now

God this is so depressing but almost definitely true. Like what's come out alone could be more than enough to put so many fascists in prison forever and I don't expect anything to come of it.

Maybe Trump will be out of the picture, but all the republicans are also throwing him under the bus, meaning there's probably someone more deluded on bat.

It's hard to care because I don't see the leaders of the insurrection being executed for their crimes against the country. Anything less than that, or a very long time in prison, is too disappointing for words.
