The most important thing for me is most likely the combat. I want good fighting mechanics and not some garbage s*** like Assassin's Creed Valhalla.

Also, the environments are very important to me. I want to feel immersed in my surroundings. I love exploring new environments and coming across new enemies. The combined effect is amazing to me.

I care very little for story and long cut scenes. I want action and more action. And exploration! I also enjoy puzzles in video games.

What do you think? Should I ever play this game?

You want non stop action, but are wondering if you should play a RPG?
Most people consider the combat to be the weakest part of the game.
EDIT: No, dont play it.

Why are you looking into an RPG if all you want is action?

I still think you SHOULD play The Witcher.... But you really need to rethink your expectations for it.

Story is amazing and exploration is amazing. The combat is not bad, but it's not the best thing about the game.

No. The combat is okay but not really good, its an RPG game and it feels like one. The environment is definitely immersive and gorgeous, the exploration is okay (it can be pretty easy early on in the main map to wander into areas with enemies that are much a higher level than you).

But ultimately the game is about the story, and the action/combat is ancillary to every other part. That doesnt sound like something youll enjoy.

Amazing exploration and immersion into the story, but yeah the combat is the weakest element by far

It's a great game, outstanding game, some might even say top ten of its generation.
However, combat is roll, slash, roll, magic, roll, slash, repeat.

I normally don't mind cut scenes, but the cut scenes in this game tested my patience. I didn't think the story was really that good either. But the environment is pretty immersive and it's fun to explore. Up to a point. I never actually finished the game because I eventually lost interest. So I'd probably recommend skipping it.
