AOTC is 10 years after TPM last i checked.

So yeah, not a big deal.

Not at all. IIRC, that was the last time they saw each other until AotC.

They were both adults when everything got going, big deal. I know people with larger age gaps than that.

Padme took advantage of him, the guys emotions were going bonkers with him stressing about his mother and his desires of romance towards her. She also was the person he latched onto in TPM after leaving his mother so yeah shes not innocent and preyed on him.

If the situation was reversed with him being older and her younger it would have been made an issue.

Does it bother me watching an older women crush and trivialize a younger man's advances, only for her to learn that he is a hearty specimen ripe to play along with her girlish fantasies, so he keeps trying to spur her on with the only thing he thinks he has going on, physical advances, and they end up going on a big adventure that leaves him distraught, and scarcely interested in pursuing the relationship further, so before they end up almost getting executed, the girl gives her heart to him in some sort of gesture.

But there's so many conflicting power dynamics in that relationship that their (small) age gap is among the least of the concerns

Remember on Naboo she was elected as a child herself to rule as queen so her culture would be different based on this.

Anakin however was a horny teenager and Padme clearly played with him in AOTC before they went to find his mother. Remember she did said youll always be that little boy I knew on Tatooine to him then later wears all kinds of skimpy cloths on Naboo to entice him.

There was really no reason they couldnt have just had Hayden playing Anakin in The Phantom Menace. We didnt need to see Darth Vader as a toddler. And Jake Lloyd wouldnt have had his life ruined.
