It will barely help us out (and this isn't a "well, some help is better than nothing" as I question the use of removing taxes, which in theory, should be helping us out anyways in the long run), and there are no guarantees oil companies won't just raise the price to basically offset any reductions this would have given us. There should be a large push for a massive overhaul in public transit along with gas rebate cards if Americans need a quick fix right now.
