You seem to not understand that the normal price was already higher then everywhere else but you have no other pricing to compare to. Now that inflation is added to that mix you are shocked to see the price kicked up but this is just the start of higher prices due to inflation, this is level 1.

Buying multiple items a la carte is usually more expensive than getting a combo.

Depends on where you go and if you use the app, sometimes not getting the combo is much cheaper.

Agreed. I can go to local diner, get a really good meal for 22-25 CAD, or go to Burger King and spend 16 plus tax. The diner might take longer to prepare, but the portions are much bigger, and the food tastes way better.
