Its amazing how garbage the graphics now look compared to modern games.
Even maxed out it looks weak.

hopefully you have the blood and wine DLC. really helps with combat with some skills and makes the game easier.
once i finish the DLC just have 2 copies to work through (ps5 and the vanilla) not planning on testing vanilla if the complete DLC works with the game.

if it doesn't then i may need to buy the DLC on an alternate account.

Compared to what? A PS3 game? Certainly.
Some materials like leather, looks good, however, everything else like cloth and animations, look terribly outdated.

The problem with Witcher 3 is that the vanilla game is boring, but the DLCs are amazing....so you have to play the vanilla to get to the good stuff.
