I dont like it if information is misleading. Theres a difference between players liking or not liking a game based on its merits (which I can accept, not every game is for everybody) vs. liking or not liking a game based on misinformation surrounding it.

Half your power comes from gems.
Gems from from rifts.
Rifts only drop common gems unless you slot it with a special item, then it has a chance to drop legendary gems.
You get like 3 of said item per month, but can buy as many as you want with cash.
Legendary gems can come with 1 to 5 slots.
You need to fuse legendary gems to increase the value to max to unlock its extra abilities, but they need to be the same slot count.
Unlocking it's extra abilities costs money once it's maxed out.

A maxed out, fully awakened set of 5/5 legendary gems makes your gear and level trivial in comparison.

Don't worry, there's also THREE battlepasses (2 paid), a pseudo-subscription system for more drops each month, and $15 cosmetics.

The gem systems are "awakening" where you have to pay real money to fully unlock a gem's ability, AND a "resonance" system that you have to invest in as well to give that awakened gem more abilities.

Yeah, that's not how Youtube monetization works at all. Unless he was running ads nonstop a 200k view video is worth like $1000 tops. He probably got more from chat donations now that YT is set up for those too but it most likely didn't come close to $10K

That said, I'm betting he had a sponsor for the stream. That's a very, very common thing for streamers doing shit like this that takes a considerably amount of real cash to do

I was looking at twitch. Even if only 1% of people on those 200k view streams donate $1, that's still two thousand dollars in a day just in donations. And I googled to see if he was part of that twitch leak and he was. Didn't quite make top 100. He was 103 with a little over 30k a month just in subscriptions, that's not including donations or sponsors.

And just to quote a post on his subreddit that gave me that info:

Thats just subs, he said himself his by far biggest income is donations and his subs are below average for the viewer count.
Should not surprise you he is rich AF when there is a 3-20 dollar donation every minute for 8 hours every day.

Dude's not hurting that 10k.

There are 3 types of gems: 1*, 2*, and 2-5*. Every 50 rolls ($111) you get one 2-5* gem pity (edit: maybe it's not "free", not sure haven't had that many). A 2* 2-5* gem is better than a base 2*.

When a gem drops, first it determines if it's 1*, 2*, or 2-5*. 2-5* gems drop 4.5% of the time. If it's 2-5*, it has a 1% chance at being 5*. So any random gem has a .00045% (1 in 2222) of being 5*. Each gem costs about $2.22 if you buy the most efficient pack ($100).

Edit: Took too long typing on phone.
Btw, I think the game is 12GB on phone. It actually lies and says it's 3-4GB.
