Also a fan of margaritas and martinis (gin, not vodka) Simple gin & tonics and rum & cokes work in a pinch. Gin and Tonic, Mojitos, Margaritas, and Long Island Ice Tesss are my wild cards. --- Like 90% of CE topics are the same way lol. I used to always make my mixed drinks with bottle shelf stuff but when I started using barrel proof/top shelf bottles it makes a ton of difference.
