The 58-year-old actor has filed a new lawsuit, accusing the 47-year-old actress of damaging the reputation of their wine company by selling her half of it to a stranger.

The former couple purchased a controlling interest in Chateau Miraval back in 2008 and they tied the knot there in 2014. They purchased both the 35-room mansion and the vineyard on the property, which has been the source of their profitable wine business.

When they purchased Miraval, they reportedly made a pact to never sell off their personal interests in the company without the consent of the other. Angelina filed for divorce from Brad in 2016 and they were legally declared single three years later in 2019.

In a new court filing in his ongoing battle with Angelina over the sale of Miraval, Brad claims Angelina intentionally sought to inflict harm on him by selling her interests in the wine company, according to court documents filed by Brads legal team on Friday (June 3) and obtained by People.

In their filing, Brads team says that Miraval became his passion project that grew into a multimillion-dollar global business and one of the worlds most highly regarded producers of ros wine through his work. Brad is accusing Angelia of contributing nothing to Miravals success.

Also in the filing, Brad says Angelina sold her interest of the wine company in October 2021 to Tenute del Mondo, which is bent on taking control of Miraval and is indirectly owned and controlled by Yuri Shefler, the Russian billionaire who controls the Stoli Group.

Jolie pursued and then consummated the purported sale in secret, purposely keeping Pitt in the dark, and knowingly violating Pitts contractual rights, the court filing from Brads team reads.

Brad is suing Angelina suing for breach of implied-in-fact contract, breach of quasi-contract pleaded in the alternative, breach of implied covenant of good faith and fair dealing, abuse of rights under Article 6-1 of the Luxembourg Civil Code, tortious interference with contractual relations, tortious interference with prospective business relations, and constructive trust.

Theres also a report going around that Angelina may be suing the FBI.
