Like how can they even come to that conclusion? These are all mass SHOOTINGS, not mass stabbings or mass clubbings or mass punchings to deaths. Theyre just so protective of their guns and its sick.

Ya know when I was a kid I used to think waffles > pancakes, but like now I seem to enjoy pancakes more.

I dunno, but I think if a guy stormed into a school pointing his finger and yelling "BANG" he probably wouldn't manage to kill many kids.

But would the massacre occur without the gun? Are guns so easily obtainable that thats the first weapon they get a hold of?

Politicians get the big bucks from the NRA so they have to deflect the blame off of guns so legislation doesn't get passed that will hurt firearm sales

I was the opposite. I used to like pancakes better but now is much rather have a waffle. Syrup trap.

Ah yes. No crazy people outside of America.

Maybe we can have some rules just to keep guns out of crazy and violent hands.

You know, because the 2nd Amendment was not supposed to be interpreted as "No rules!!!!"

complete ignorance. which is worrying when even moderators on this website hold the opinion that "restricting guns will not help" despite proven and repeatable results demonstrated in other countries

The GOP argues they'll just find another way to commit mass murders. Which I don't think is true in most cases.

Yeah no, that's not how that works.

When someone is on suicide watch, people tend to keep them away from anything they could use to potentially kill themselves. Sharp objects, medication, guns...

We can acknowledge one of the biggest problems is mental health while also acknowledging that within our power, we can limit the extent of the damage someone can cause by prohibiting their access to certain tools. Because at the end of the day, a crazy person with a knife is significantly less dangerous than a crazy person with an AR-15 and that's an indisputable fact.

This isn't rocket science.
