No, there aren't. That's why everyone in every other 1st world nation likes to mock USA as the gun tottling nation of 'freedom'.

I'm not even kidding.

Out of all 1st world nations, I think western nations tend to have abit more lax gun laws, but US definitely has THE HIGHEST gun freedom in the world, even compared to most 3rd world countries apart from broken ones like Somalia.

Most people outside of the US would probably go mad and protest if their governments were to so much as allow civilians to carry guns. That's how stupid US gun laws sound like to a foreigner.
