Matrix Reloaded is awesome the 3rd is just do fucking bad it ruins the other movies. totally agree

There's a lot to enjoy in reloaded. I personally really love the twins, cool fucking designed characters, and their teleporting phase shifting power was something that was lingering in my imagination for years but never saw it done right until reloaded. And as far as western movies go I don't think any movie has gone so hard since on pure peak over the top anime style action like this.

Bro the movie was fine. The plot was fine. It sparked a shit ton of fan theories and speculations at the time before the third movie came out. It was by all accounts a good middle movie for a trilogy, something that made you hungry for the next one. Then the next one came out and didn't follow through with any of the intriguing plot points. That's literally the only reason people hate the second one now. I saw two multiple times in theaters, shit was hype and everybody loved it and now people are playing internet revision history these days on it and saying it was always bad.

I just don't agree dude. And I know how you feel because I felt the same way and I saw Matrix Revolutions opening morning and was only an impressionable high schooler and was STILL pissed off at how bad it was. But really, just think about it, you take out the chateau fight, and rewatch the "Burly Brawl" which looks like crap on a stick now and the movie has got almost nothing. (Freeway set piece was cool, I guess.) Like yeah, it has fast paced action that looked good for its time, but the "plot" was just a bunch of cryptic garbage intended to spark fan theories since the movie ended like a very special episode of FRIENDS w/to-be-continued popping up. I mean, I don't automatically invalidate people's opinions for liking this movie, I get it, I was impressed with it at a time. But there is so much stupid stuff in it, IE anything that happens on Xion, Link who was basically the Jar Jar Binks of the series acting as a fan reaction to everything happening on screen, not to mention "WHERE'S MY P*****!", the rave scene that made everyone physically uncomfortable in my theater with how cringey it was. I'm sure if I rewatched it I would remember even more that was bad about it. Just NOT a good movie dude.

OK, I will credit that the Twins were a cool concept. Kind of lame how they went out like chumps though.

Reloaded has some of the best action scenes ever. The highway chase is better than every Fast & Furious movie. The new characters in Reloaded where awesome

the brief scene with vampires always caught my interest I always felt like Reloaded opened up the Matrix world only for Revolutions to completely close them off.

I agree that the Twins should have been the villains of the movie it sucks because Neo fought them ugh!

Strong disagree on burly brawl aging badly. Yes technically the cg has aged, but that doesn't take away from the choreography, awesome camera angles, and pure scope of the fight.

Burly brawl rocks idc about CGI that scene is ridiculously awesome.

Part if what makes Revolutions bad is nothing is iconic or paid off

we see Neo and Smith have their lamest fight ever

The Meravingian is quickly overcome

we mainly see the machines vs those mechwarrior things in another uninspiring battle ugh somehow somehow Matrix 4 is even less inspired

I liked the first hour and bit and pieces after it went off the rails. I liked the meta concept which makes sense for the matrix. It just wasn't done well.

It's kind of like that move "yesterday" about a dude who wakes up and nobody knows who the Beatles are so he "writes" their songs and becomes famous. Awesome concept and the movie is indeed awesome for about an hr and then they do nothing with it . They turn it into a weird "you got mail" style romcom that could've been any other movie

Matrix 2 was okay at best because it had a few cool action scenes. It also had a few terrible ones. I never cared one lick about the story of it. The first one was actually very cool and thoughtfully put together, while the second and third one really felt like halfway decent action movies with Matrix characters plugged in.

You have no idea. Its basically an expansion pack of the second gameas in it plays like it came out in 2004but its 2022. Game is fucking trash.

oh yes the epic finally where you finally fight Lan Di the main villain and he is invicible and beats you up and then leaves and the game ends I thought for sure the game would continue but NOPE its over

I got to the first boss fight in Shenmue 3 and gave up. Its not just that they didn't update the game, they also made it an even worse grindfest than either of the previous ones were.

A lot of people liked the slice of life stuff that the first two did, as it felt like it had purpose. You worked in the docs as you needed access to them and information from people there.

Meanwhile in Shennue 3 you're about 10 minutes into the game and have to start grinding wood chopping for money. No other purpose, it's just there to delay your progress.

I hate that the kung fu move costs money I thought he was going to teach Ryu a whole new fighting style! Headbutts, takedowns, submissions I thought we where going to get some techniques all that work for the dreaded Body Cheque attack!

The dialogue in Shenmue 3 still being as bad as it was 20 years ago was great. Provides some laughter at least

it was mind blowing that every character was voice acted in the first game..20yrs later same voice quality! Ugh this game made me so mad i felt like they jipped me and taunted
