I was playing Claire-B. As long you dont go through the second floor hallway. Mr x will not spawn. So you can wait until the end of the police station and then spawn him to get the last item. Then, as soon you hit the elevator button, he de-spawns ... Copied to Clipboard!

You could also watch a speedrun and memorise where to run. Except they have to reset if something's imperfect and you just run at it again. Edit: Actually it's less like a run animation and more like a little jog that shifts side to side. --- Still waiting on that third threat ... Copied to Clipboard!

its a remnant of when survival horror games actually rewarded you for being smart about navigation. in the re1 remake there are multiple encounters you can never trigger just by not entering rooms from certain directions or after you have to --- I pray god will curse the writer, as the writer has cursed the world with this beautiful, stupendous creation, terrible in its simplicity, irresistible in truth ...
