This kid needs to start lifting and lifting hard. The white kid looks much older than any the other kids which is really weird but anyway, school isn't going to get any easier for that kid.

Story went... His 5th grade son was getting bullied and having his lunch stolen by the same kid every day, and after repeated complaints to the school went ignored, they sent him into school with one of his snacks "laced" with a laxative.

This is child endangerment.

The school clearly isn't teaching the bully the dangers of fucking around. This time he's eating laxatives. What will he be eating next time? Cause me? I 100% put something in addition to the laxs next time. Maybe something that makes things extra spicy? See how the bully feels about that.

Or, alternatively, I just sue over allowing by child to be bullied. Hard to concentrate on school when you're hungry, and if another student keeps stealing their lunch...

I remember back in HS there was a fight between two students. One of them pulled out a knife and threatened to kill the other student, even made attempts to cut/stab him.

The other student did manage to pry the knife out of his hand, then promptly threw it so it couldn't be used.

Of course, at this time teachers got involved and broke up the fight.

The kid who pulled the knife and made the threats got suspended for 3 days, the kid who got the knife out of his hands and threw it got expelled for the school year.

Everyone who saw the fight told teachers, principal, even the school board what happened, no one cared.

And yes, as expected, the aggressor was white and the one defending himself was black.

Yeah, that's always how it works in schools it seems. Idk wtf is wrong with school staff? They don't do jack shit about the situation when they're told, until the bullied defends themself.

Yeah, my father taught me a long time ago (maybe first grade) that if I was being bullied then I should decide quickly to either leave immediately or punch the kid and not to stop until he was out. He didnt care about suspensions or whatever because his reasoning was that my physical safety was in jeopardy anyway and it was too late by then to worry about what an administrator had to say about it.

The more I think about it, tense situations did turn out better for me when I followed that lesson and I couldve been seriously injured during those times when I didnt follow it.

Zero tolerance policies are literally the worst thing that ever happened to schools in my lifetime. It protects bullies and punishes victims who have had enough and decide to stand up for themselves.

I grew up when you could kick a bullys ass and the teacher would basically give you a thumbs up. Then, one year, it randomly changed to where you basically go to juvenile hall for punching someone who is attempting to murder you. Zero tolerance must go.

That must have been a rare school.

It's crazy because Coppell has a lot of Indian people. Surprised that nobody stood up for the poor kid

I had a teacher in middle school who told us that if anyone ever attacked us we had every right to defend ourselves and he would back us up if we were punished. Thats how it should be.

Middle schools are fucking terrible. I do I.T. and most of my time spent is at middle schools. The kids just run wild. Have dealt with challenges to break school electronics, completely destroy the bathrooms, and have seen legit riots in the hallways where they had to call in police.

Elementary and High schools are so relaxed compared to middle schools

I really hope the family gets justice, and the racist assholes covering this mess get what's coming to them.

I'm so glad I grew up in the Era where if someone bullied me I could just level the dude and as long as he was clearly at fault it wasn't an issue. Solved my bully problem fast when they realized I fought like a wild animal if pressed. A real shame bullies get a free pass these days

Any school that does shit like this should lead to every single person in upper management being instantly fired and barred from ever working in a public school again.

This is pretty standard for any bully interaction, regardless of skin colour, in my experience. It was true a decade plus ago, and it's true now.

They do fuck all and when they eventually lash out they act surprised and come down hard on the victim. Maybe they will do a token finger wag towards the bully before or because of this interaction, but never something to actually stop it.

Any future kids I have will get a PS7 to play during their suspension for clocking bullies that physically threaten them or other kids.

Wow when was this?

I both benefitted and lost going to private school. I regularly lost my fucking shit when I was bullied from like grades 5-12. Never got in much trouble, but also my parents never knew all I endured and my bullies never really got what they fucking deserved. It didn't help that many of the kids came from richer families that were school boosters.
