I'm so rusty at these 2d platformers and I was never that good to begin with. Running feels really really slippery and Mario feels like throwing those old super balls watching it bounce with no control over it

I've been playing with the pro controller but I haven't felt comfortable with either the analog stick nor the d-pad, and the abxy button placement feels weird in this context. Maybe I'll try using the joycons and see if they feel better to play

Nah, just kidding. I like the level of challenge in Bros U Deluxe myself.

I thought it would be like new super mario bros ds, easy and relaxing but this is a lot more stressful and I might skip it and move straight to the 3d platformers if I'm being honest...

They are really, really bland. I never realized how bad they were until I played the new DKCs and saw the potential of modern platforming

Huh? I beat that in an afternoon, game was piss easy

^ ^ I'm kinda curious about this you both consider them bland and mention DKC, could you elaborate on what is it that that you liked or disliked between the 2?

Its not hard, the wii one was harder to 100%. Just practice more and dont give up.

Is there a NSMB Switch or are we talking about the Wii U port?
