Could tank most of their hits, they recover super slow also giving plenty of time. And they were dead in like 5 swings.

Those fuckers gave me such a hard time with my dex build -_-

All the souls are a cakewalk with STR builds

I always go dex in FROM games then switch to strength if it gets too hard.

for my first playthrough, I remember summoning for help.

for my second, I used a black knight great sword, and I had no trouble.

I think I also used a fire glove, which fortunately doesn't scale with anything.
