You try building implants that are tough enough for Charlotte when she take the bumps she does. The number of impacts to Charlottes chest into the mat over time; that wears down the implants. The body is trying to protect themselves form the foreign objects, and calcification is part of that step. I've fondled hard implants before, they're not nearly as fun as natural breasts are.
