More specifically the Paramedic. GTA3 was the first, and probably the absolute worse. Took me 3 attempts to do it (which is probably better than average). The first attempt I flipped the ambulance over on level 6 (after that one flip, I realized how to drive and no longer flip the ambulance or get close). The second attempt, I made it to level 10, but then ran out of time because I was only getting 16 seconds per passenger which is the lowest I've ever seen. Third attempt, I got 23 or 24 seconds per passenger for all of the later levels. I did it all before leaving Portland so I didn't have to worry about hostility from gangs. I hear Staunton Island gives more time, but...the Cartel lol.

I don't think I struggled with Vice City at all and pretty sure I did it on the first try (or maybe I got busted or something on level 6). Holy fuck there are a lot of cops everywhere in VC. I was doing the Pizza Mission and failed at level 10 because a cop decided to swerve right into me when I was driving in my lane as if he was intentionally trying to hit me. Naturally that gave me a star so he pursued me and knocked me off my bike as soon as I got back on. Completed it on the next attempt though.

San Andreas...this one is actually pretty easy. They give you a shit ton of time on the paramedic mission. I made it all the way to level 11 and was about to finish the level. I felt relaxed that I was almost done. I attempted to pause the game and somehow fat fingered it and hit the triangle button as well ejecting me from the ambulance. I stared at the TV in shock for about 5 seconds last night as I failed. My biggest issue is it takes sooooo much time. It's really tedious. I guess I'll attempt again tonight, but man I wish it went by faster.

Side note: Does GTA5 even have these missions? I've only played it for a couple hours a few years ago, but I don't recall seeing anything like it. But also, I wasn't looking for it either.

I don't mind them, just wish they weren't so damn long. Like if you only had to complete 6 levels instead of 12 it'd be perfect

I do hate the taxi missions the most because they take way too long and give shit rewards

I always hated those missions, although the fire and paramedic missions can be easy to exploit for loads of cash. I absolutely loved what they did with the vigilante missions in IV, but sadly that feature didn't make it to V

Yea, that's my biggest issue. Not the difficulty, but the length of them. I feel like if you fail at level 11 or 12, that's like an hour of work down the drain. Or maybe more realistically, a half hour but still. I'd totally be down for cutting the levels in half and increasing the difficulty per level by twice so that level 6 = original level 12.

I never owned GTA4, but I played it a little. Couldn't get into it for some reason. GTA5 seemed better, I just didn't get around to doing much since I had too many games to play at the time.
