Wade. The draft was circulated in early February, according to Politico. The final opinion has not been released and votes and language can change before opinions are formally released. The opinion in this case is not expected to be published until late June. So much for "it'll never happen." It's happening. No matter what happens after, this will be a total disaster. Even in TX you can be sued for getting an out-of-state abortion. How long before every red state makes it illegal to travel to another state?
