So *me* is not on campus today, Monday.. The projector is still not working. I can't do my job without a projector. Please fix it so I can do my job.

i dont go to that school until wednesday.

here's her problem with the projector

Today throughout class, the projector would shut off for no reason, and it takes another 3 min or so to warm up and project again.. PLEASE replace it! It has always been glitchy.. could be on its last legs now.. impossible to do my job minus the projector..

glitchy and turns off. real helpful. if its overheating, it won't just turn on again so quickly. even my boss is saying shes probably kicking the power cord.

i dunno why she just doesn't borrow another projector from another room or ask admin to help. other teachers do that all the time. usually admin will message me asking if i have a spare projector and i say "yeah go get it" if im not there.

i wonder if she yelled at them too.

I would really love to help you out but unfortunately i will be out of town that week.

what should i do CE

A) Go in tomorrow and swap it out
B) Go in wednesday like normal and swap it out
C) Tell her to ask someone else
D) Resolve the ticket and block her account from sending emails in the admin console.

If they need it today/tomorrow, do they have someone else who can do it? Or are you the only one who can do it?

i'm the only tech, but i work at 4 schools in our org. the admin usually will try to fix things like this themselves when i'm not there. for instance, this isn't the first projector she has had issues with. admin will usually just swap out her projector cart with anothers until im there. in fact i know shes done that before. dunno why she is begging for my help unless yeah she yelled at everyone else and no one wants to help her lmao.

If you were to stop what you're doing and go there just to help her, would that create other issues that would create the same need elsewhere?
