Way back in the day kids on the playground would talk about the number of Xs

x - full frontal
xx - soft core porno
xxx - hardcore p in v
xxxx - anal, dp, s&m, any sort of fetish
xxxxx - doesnt exist but you acted like it did and it was the holy grail and would change you once you saw it. This was all a set up to get some random person to talk about what they thought would elicit an additional x.

There was a rating for games in Japan called X18 back in the 90's, you'll it on a few old PC-Engine and Saturn titles.
