Idk, my therapist and my clinician are worthless when it comes to weight issues cuz theyre both overweight so when I bring it up they just try to pacify me with that healthy at every size shit. The fries were good tho, and I dont think its damaging to have an occasional treat, but man its way too fuckin easy for a cheat day to become a cheat month for me. I ate fries yesterday, feels bad but I did end up losing the 6 pounds Id gained. Idk I was just so hungry and I was craving all kinds of terrible junk food. I still want to lose like 15 pounds or so, but I almost think it might be better to wait until Im further in on hormones? Idk, my therapist and my clinician are worthless when it comes to weight issues cuz theyre both overweight so when I bring it up they just try to pacify me with that healthy at every size shit. The fries were good tho, and I dont think its damaging to have an occasional treat, but man its way too fuckin easy for a cheat day to become a cheat month for me. This isnt even on topic, my bad. I feel you on the weight loss, truly. Im also looking to lose 15-20lb and dear lord if I dont stop binging then Im gonna have to lose 30lb instead. Its difficult, but I find using a calorie tracker helps me a bit Shame your docs arent taking you seriously. Getting healthier is more than just weight. You physically and mentally can feel so much better with a clean diet and light exercise a few times a week. Waiting til youre further in on hormones might be a good idea though, you dont want to over extend yourself KissMyAsthma posted... How has no one commented on her tiny hands? Those pints look MASSIVE. Also, I picked up the Cosmic Brownie and mac and cheese pints on Sunday. Only tried the CB though which I really liked.
