As long as the current no-ads tier doesn't go up in price, I don't see a problem with having a "cheaper but with ads" option. I would still pay for no ads, but giving people more options to get them in the door is a good idea. --- https://i.imgur.com/sZ6drsj.png ... Copied to Clipboard!

[LFAQs-redacted-quote] To be fair, a lot of streaming services do have ads. Hulu has ads, peacock has ads, YouTube has ads, twitch has ads. Netflix is (was) actually one of the few platforms that doesn't have an ads tier. Everything else, though, is clearly an attempt to nickel and dime their remaining customers as much as possible since they don't have the content to bring back the people who have already left. --- "History Is Much Like An Endless Waltz. Yeah Hulu has ads but as long as you are willing to alternate email addresses yearly the you can get on their Black Friday deal and pay only $1-2 monthly for service. Ill deal with ads for $2 a month. Peacock has ads, but tons of people get it for free from Xfinity. Most other streaming services have yearly plans that offer a discount.
