I mean I get how it can be traumatizing for city folk, but I've been around farm life since a kid so it kinda doesn't register the way it does so intensely for Clarice in this movie <cite>Noumas posted [p:963970360] in The big tw... Also she just lost her father to a murder (i think her mother was already dead) and was dumped on some farm with an aunt and uncle she barely knew. Lots of trauma going on in her life.
