i heard that is is basically the second best part of the game, second only to shadowbringers and that not even endwalker is as good. Is that right? It wasnt bad but I felt like it was overhyped. Way better than the ARR story but I was expecting more
i havent done the post HW quests yet though, just the 3.0 content

Heavensward was really good, but I think I like it more in hindsight after letting things soak in. When I was initially playing through it I wasn't super invested in the story yet so I feel like my eyes glazed over some stuff.

It did have a bunch of really good characters, like Aymeric, Ysyale, and Estinien.

But Shadowbringers is crazy good, yeah. By that point, I was super invested in the plot and it blew me away.

I'm torn on Endwalker, though. I loved the first half, but I felt the back half dragged a bit. It's not bad at all, but I feel it could've been better.

Endwalkers problem was that the pacing was pretty off at times. Came close to Shadowbringers but missed it by just a bit.
