Wean yourself off them

See how long you can go without smoking until the craving is too much, and then smoke until the craving is completely gone. Then try and beat that time or at least match it until you can beat it. Even if it is only a few minutes more keep adding time. Eventually you will get to days and weeks between smoking, and then on to months and years.
