Current Events > Jollibee or Chick Fil A any good?

There's a Jolibee 10 miles/25 minutes and a Chick Fil A that's 30 miles/45 minutes away from me. I only had the common crappy fast food like McDonalds, Burger King, Taco Bell, etc.

Both are fantastic. If you need suggestions, for jollibee you cant go wrong with the C3 combo in spicy. Chick fil as spicy deluxe chicken sandwich with chick fil a sauce for your fries and lemonade are great as well.

i love jollibee but only because i eat it very rarely so it's almost like a treat. they have some unique fast food choices. chicken's always been good quality, and the spaghetti is really good too. i dig it.

I only go for the salads, wrap, or spicy deluxe at CFA if I ever go.

Jollibee is interesting - good and interesting stuff - but I can't get into their spaghetti. Too sweet for my taste. But that's just how they make it in the Philippines.

Chik-Fil-A's chicken is just a bit above McDonald's IMO. Popeye's does a better chicken sandwich. Plus, CFA has "baggage" shall we say.

Is Jollibee just like all fast food places? processed, frozen crap or they cook things like a restaurant and never have anything frozen?

Jolibee I just get little ignites and halo halo. That is enough for it to be top tier for me

As a Filipino, Im not a huge fan of Jollibee. I still eat it, but I wouldnt go 10 miles out for it. I like Chick-Fil-A, but I wouldnt drive that far out for it either. But I guess if you only have basic options, theyre worth trying at least once.

I don't know about other states but there are a number in SoCal.

Jollibee is excellent for fast food. Youd think it was a filipino girl who introduced me to it but it was a white girl lol

We have 1 in vegas. Maybe 2.

Jollibee is good. I like the sweet spaghetti myself. My wifes from the Philippines so we get it whenever were near one. Chick fil a is also ok but nothing I feel sets it apart from any other chicken place.

I wouldn't do a drive that long for either to be honest. I like Chic Fil A and eat it fairly frequently but there is one literally across the street from me.

In my personal opinion for Chic Fil A...

1. Best Sandwich - Spicy Chicken (non delux).
2. Best Side - Fries with your sauce of preference.
3. The strips taste better than the nuggets.
4. The Chicken Tortilla Soup Bowl and Southwest Salad are the best non standard meals.
5. Always load up on sauces. Try them all and find your favorites.

I saw it on a travel show about the Philippines. I didn't realize they existed outside that country

Nah, just nah.

CFA is good. And as a bonus, the line usually moves pretty quickly, so it is also relatively convenient.

I usually get the spicy chicken sandwich mean and either BBQ sauce or Polynesian sauce.
