When you know two wrestlers have heat with each other in real life, or you think that they do, it adds intrigue. Who is going to put the other guy over? Will liberties be taken in the ring? etc. Ridge can say when Big E gets back that he didn't really mean it when he apologized, but we'll all know it's just the character speaking.
